Our Foundation
The William Charles Malcom, Jr. Foundation [NON-PROFIT CORPORATION] was created in 1999 and legally formed through the GA State Government on 5/27/16. Formerly known as CJ Book Scholarship under Toney Gardens Civic Association in the 1980s. The foundation was initiated to provide book scholarships in memory of William Charles Malcom, Jr. after his passing. William was a bright young man who touched many lives, and his legacy lives on through the foundation's support for young individuals. We believe in nurturing the potential of students and empowering them to believe in themselves, pursue higher education, and become future leaders who can positively impact their communities.
We believe all students have the potential to excel in their academic pursuits, and with the right support, they can achieve their dreams and contribute meaningfully to society.
