Welcome to The WCMJR Foundation which is an organization that award High School Graduates who has been accepted into a College a Book Scholarship Award to help them with their 1st Semester of books for College.
The WCMJR Foundation has been in existence since for over 25 years as “William C. Malcom, Jr. Book Scholarship” under the “Toney Gardens Civic Association”. The TGCA has been in existence for over 38 years and is one of DeKalb County Georgia’s oldest community-based organization.
The William Charles Malcom, Jr. Foundation is dedicated to supporting college students in their first semester by providing book scholarships. We believe in empowering young minds to fulfill their potential and become future leaders.
